Refund policy

Return Policy: Customers may request returns within five (5) days prior to their scheduled appointment date. All return requests must be submitted no later than five (5) days before the appointment booking date.

Cancellation Policy: Appointments may be cancelled up to five (5) days prior to the scheduled appointment date. Cancellation requests submitted within five (5) days of the appointment date will not be accepted, and customers will be responsible for the full appointment fee.
